What to notify

Tick the channels for every event. Tick a column heading to switch a whole channel on or off.

Low stock alerts A product falls to or below its minimum
Out of stock A product runs out in any warehouse
Purchase order received Goods are booked in against a purchase order
Stock transfer requests A transfer needs approval or arrives
New online order A customer places an order on the web store
Order shipped or delivered A shipment changes status
Payment failed A card or bank payment is declined
Expiry warnings Stock is close to its expiry date
Daily sales summary A short recap every evening
New user added Someone is invited to the system
Failed sign-in attempts Repeated wrong passwords on an account
